A list that most often indicates the sequence, location, description, and length of each scene, as well as a list of actors involved in each scene. At the least, however, a shot list (or breakdown sheet) should also clearly spell out your involvement with each piece, what the applicant was responsible for, software used, and any special extenuating circumstances.
