East Carolina does not require a portfolio for their undergraduate applicants.

Graduate Portfolio RequirementsEdit

The School of Art & Design: A slide portfolio of twenty slides of your work must be submitted with your application. These should be in a slide sheet, with two copies of your slide list. For the MA in Arts Education, a photocopy of your current teaching license must be included.

The School of Music: All applicants must complete an in-person audition, with the exception of applicants to the Music Education or Music Therapy programs; these applicants may submit a portfolio in lieu of an audition.
